Review of Professional Beauty by Gem Adams. Treatment date: over 12 months

I arrived the day before surgery and was greeted by Chris. He took me to the clinic’s new apartments, which were so nice. They had everything I needed, were clean, and comfortable. Chris and Anna were very helpful, providing me with all the information about local shops, the pharmacy, and told me if I needed to know anything, just to ask. On the morning of surgery, I was picked up by Anna, who was lovely and took me into the clinic. The clinic was clean and modern, and the staff were so caring, and gave me all the information and reassurance. Adam was friendly and a pleasure to be around; he gave me my options and all the information I needed to make my decisions. The anaesthetists were lovely and were stroking my face as I went to sleep. When I woke, I was back in my room and was looked after by a lovely nurse who helped me through the night. I spent a further seven days in Poland visiting the clinic each morning for checkups and dressing changes. I’m due to fly home tomorrow, and I’m sad to be leaving.
