My husband and I were picked up from the airport. Straight away, a young gentleman, Ivan, made us feel relaxed. He took us directly to our lovely spa hotel where we enjoyed the afternoon relaxing. The next morning, we were collected again and taken to the clinic to meet the staff and, of course, Mrs. Kacmarcikova, the doctor. Everyone spoke excellent English and explained everything to us. I had surgery for an arm lift, bingo wings, and breast enlargement as I have always been small-chested. The procedure went well, the staff were lovely, and were always available for my questions. During recovery, the nurses visited me several times a day, being brilliant and professional, making me feel relaxed. At the checkup, everything was good, so we went home later that week. The clinic followed up with me through calls and emails, ensuring my recovery was going well. The overall experience was great, and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend any cosmetic surgery at New Look Holiday. Thank you very much.
