mid- March 2026 I was suffering from acute back pain and was invited via Whatapp to come to KPJ emergency. Within a few minutes after filling out forms I met with Dr. Joshua Bakir Nuing. He was fabulous and fixed me up with an MRI right away plus an appointment with another fabulous doctor : Dr. Chen Chee Kean who was just returning from his speaking tour. When it comes to ablation, it needs to be done by a specialist and Dr. Chen is just the one!!! I was very impressed with the whole process! Great facility, great doctors. The only comment would be the waiting room before the proceedure had given up on using stretching for patients to wait in…….. good thing. However we all sat in office chairs and I was actually behind a open computer screen. Maybe the last chair. I guess the proper chairs just hadn’t arrived yet?
