We are very pleased with the service we received at Clinic Fertimed in Olomouc. We had two attempts there; the first one did not succeed, the second one was successful, resulting in a lovely baby boy. We can only say good things about the clinic. The service was excellent throughout, and despite a slight language barrier, the staff made sure everything was well explained and understood. They addressed all our questions and concerns seriously and took the time to provide thorough answers. The clinic’s location is convenient, close to the city centre of Olomouc, and the option to stay in an apartment just across the street from the clinic made the experience very convenient. Moreover, the clinic arranged a private driver to take us back to the airport in Prague after the egg was inserted. We also believe the clinic operates at a very high medical standard and provides services beyond what we have encountered in clinics in Denmark and Norway.
