We were recommended this clinic by a friend and after research and discussions with the clinic, we travelled to Olomouc for our consultation. The clinic is small, but the staff are very professional. We were assigned a main point of contact who spoke English, helping us with the processes and formalities. This support was invaluable as they made the experience as easy as possible. Excellent accommodation is provided within the same building or nearby. We were unsuccessful on the first attempt but tried again and had a boy in 2010. In 2012, we returned and were successful on the first attempt, now having a girl. Absolutely nothing negative to report; we fully recommend Fertimed, exceeding our experiences in UK clinics.
