Fantastic from start to finish. The website was full of useful information. I contacted the company via WhatsApp, and the communication was clear and constant. I booked my own flights, and my transfer through Formedi was ready and waiting. My chauffeur Ogun was incredibly helpful, assisting me to appointments, visiting before and after surgery, and bringing me anything I needed. The tests carried out before surgery were incredibly thorough and fast. I had a gastric band in the UK 9 years prior, and they never conducted half of the tests done through Formedi. The surgery went incredibly well. The staff was brilliant before and after. Pain relief was provided whenever needed. Nurses, cleaners, and even the surgeon himself visited me multiple times daily to assess my recovery. All in all, a fantastic service. What cost me £3.8K with Formedi was going to cost me £18K in the UK – and I got a holiday out of it.
