Having previously been wary of having dental treatment abroad, I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward my treatment at Indexmedica was. The initial appointment in the UK (Wakefield) made the process easier. Subsequently, the Krakow clinic provided me with two options, and after making my choice, flights and treatment dates were arranged. I decided to stay in Krakow for 10 days, and Indexmedica even covered the hotel expenses! The accommodation was excellent. Treatment commenced promptly upon my arrival, led by the skilled dental surgeon Sebastian, who thoroughly explained the procedures and provided me with various options. The root canal treatments were swiftly completed, followed by the placement of temporary crowns that looked fantastic. The breaks in treatment allowed me to explore the beautiful city of Krakow during the downtime. The final veneers and crowns were successfully fitted, resulting in an incredible set of teeth. The entire experience was truly amazing, and I am grateful to all the staff, especially Sebastian, for their support and expertise. I highly recommend Indexmedica for their professionalism and exceptional service. In my opinion, it was the best dental experience I have ever had, fulfilling a dream I had for over 30 years.
