Review of Right Choice Home & Away by Louise. Treatment date: over 12 months
After initially checking out various sites, I received a call from Right Choice, explaining the procedure of initial appointments with Dr. Mehmet Keraaltin in Manchester. This was over a year ago. I had various personal changes ongoing, including location, etc. Zahid was completely understanding, and in no way did I feel pressured to hurry my decision. The great thing about the first appointment was that Zahid and Dr. Keraaltin encouraged introductions with follow-up patients that day. In my case, a lady of a similar age who was 3 weeks post-op. Excellent reference point! One year later, I decided to go ahead. I cannot fault the whole door-to-door service, literally as laid out in the itinerary. Great staff at the hospital, all the Right Choice team, Havla, Daniel, Jutain, and the drivers. All highly organised, with WhatsApp pre-arrival information. I went alone, out of choice, a good decision as much help or as little as needed post 72 hours op. I travel and work overseas a lot and can see that the package is dovetailed to suit the most resistant traveller! The hospital is 5-star, staff, although mainly native speakers, so obliging and kind. Never in the whole process, particularly the first day post-op, did I ever feel in doubt of the 100% care and attention. Indeed, as in other reviews, Dr. Keraaltin endeavours to know the person and keep us as relaxed as possible. Zahid, although based in the UK, follows up with communication while recovery is taking place, making you feel that you are always part of their total service and care. An extremely grateful patient.
