When I first contacted Longevita by email, they called me back within the hour regarding my inquiry. Everyone in the team was very professional and fluent in English. They used every channel for perfect communication by phone calls, emails, and texting me at every step. The most important thing was that I could reach them every minute I wanted when something was on my mind. I used their Live Chat functionality on their website quite often. They did great follow-up as if I were their only patient. They still get in touch with me to check on my recovery period after I returned home. I must say I am quite impressed by Longevita’s service.
