I have nothing but glowing recommendations for Bumrungrad Hospital and its staff members. From consultation to discharge, they were an absolute pleasure to be with. To be honest, I would have liked to stay longer than necessary; I was so comfortable. My breast surgery consultation with Dr. Teerasit was easy and incredibly informative; he eased my nerves by thoroughly explaining the procedure and possible complications. The nurses took photos, assisted with sizing and incision choices, and I left the office confident in my decision. The day of my surgery, although anxious, the professional and caring nurses made me forget my fears. After awakening in the recovery room, I received exceptional care from the nurses and Dr. Teerasit until my discharge the following night. Bumrungrad is in a league of its own; I have never seen such first-class facilities or a beautiful hospital before. Despite hospitals making me anxious and sad, Bumrungrad felt more like a 5-star hotel than a medical facility – private rooms with flatscreen TVs, attentive nurses, and free Wi-Fi. I highly recommend Bumrungrad Hospital and Dr. Teerasit to anyone inquiring about medical holidays. I intend to use their services again for dental treatment.
