I contacted Tina via email in 2017 inquiring about this surgery. I had also contacted many other clinics abroad, but I was overwhelmed by the responses from Tina. They were timely, reassuring, and very in-depth, which reassured me. After reading many excellent reviews and speaking to happy clients from this clinic, I booked my surgery. When the nerves started to get to me, Tina was always there offering her support and reassurance, which was really helpful to settle my anxiety as I had never had an operation before, let alone in another country. Karolina and Tina were just as lovely in person when I met them before my surgery. They explained everything and supported me through the process. Dr. Skala was very welcoming and professional, and I instantly felt I was in safe hands. As a nurse myself, I was impressed with the excellent care given in the hospital by all the professionals I met and the cleanliness of the hospital. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights after my operation and then spent 3 nights in the Mediczech apartments, which are in the same building as the clinic. It was reassuring to know that the surgeon and nurses were available if I needed them. The apartments were lovely and had everything I needed to rest and recover from my operation before flying back home to England. I even managed to see Prague a little before coming home, which was lovely. I’m currently 2 weeks post-op, and my recovery has been wonderful. My breasts look incredible, going from a KK to a D, and I am very happy with every aspect of my journey so much that I’m hoping to return to the clinic for more surgery in the future.
