Baby Elsie

Review of Royal Artemis Medical Centre by ELSIE-Maie. Treatment date: over 12 months

We brought our normally smiley baby into the Royal Artemis Medical Centre on Sunday, 15th May 2016, as she just wasn’t well. She was in pain, had a horrendous cough, heavy eyes, and a streaming nose. There was a brief wait (no more than 20 minutes, and the staff apologised, even though that wait is nothing compared to the wait in the UK) for Dr. Tommy, the paediatrician, to arrive. He swiftly examined my 7-month-old daughter, who was then admitted overnight for nebulisers. The care from Dr. Tommy, the nurses, and the staff was incredible. I wish I could transfer them to my local hospital. They were attentive and reassuring, making me feel at ease. One nurse took my daughter to meet others, and they all made her smile. After 24 hours, she improved enough to be discharged with medicine. In a few days, she was herself again, thanks to the staff at the Royal Artemis Medical Centre. I wish you could all work at our local hospital. Thank you so much.
