Our coordinator, Eva Valentova, was truly exceptional in her continuous communication with both of us, answering all our questions, advising us when she would be off work or on holiday, and even providing her mobile phone number if we needed her. We are sure she got tired of all our questions but never let it show. She is truly wonderful. Even after we left, she has kept in touch just to ensure Angela is doing well. The week before our arrival, we called the hotel and spoke with Nadka Pohankova. She made us feel safe and secure that our reservations and transportation were all in order. She sent us several emails, answering our questions and asking if there was anything we needed while in Zlin. The day after arriving, we had lunch with Nadka and Petr Lysonek (who provided our transportation). It was so nice of them to spend time with us on their day off, making us feel even more welcome in Zlin. This level of service is exceptional. We hope for success with our fertility treatment and that we do not need to return, but if we do, we will happily return to CRM Zlin and Hotel Tomasov.
