After receiving a recommendation from a friend, we contacted the IVF Zlin Clinic, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. Our coordinator, Anna Rakova, was incredibly patient with all my questions before our arrival and always responded quickly with clear, concise information. Upon arrival, everyone we encountered, whether at the clinic, hotel, or restaurant, provided us with exceptional care. Anna stayed by our side, ensuring we comprehended everything; it genuinely felt like she cared deeply about our experience and the results. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Tomasov, located in the same building as the clinic, to simplify your experience; the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Be sure to make use of the half-board option; the restaurant food was delightful.
