I cannot rate this company highly enough! Martina answered all my questions and concerns without pressuring me to proceed with the surgery, unlike other companies I contacted in the UK. I was connected with previous clients, one of whom became a close friend and offered great help. When I mentioned my surgery abroad, I faced concerns and horror stories, but I truly received superior treatment and aftercare with this company compared to what I would have received in the UK. The results, even after just 10 days, have significantly boosted my confidence! The two surgeons were exceptional and could easily be mistaken for Hollywood stars! They take immense pride in their work, ensuring the best outcomes for their patients. I underwent two procedures and stayed in the hospital for 3 days; it was clear that my health and recovery were prioritized over a free bed, unlike the experiences shared by others who had surgery in the UK. Although the nurses’ English was limited, their care and compassion were unmistakable. Special thanks to the nurse who helped me with my sore back on the first night! Peter greeted us at the airport, Ivan handled my consultations and appointments – both exceptionally kind individuals. The apartments and clinic were impeccably clean, and Kosice is a delightful place. A huge thank you to everyone at New Look Holiday; you are all amazing and doing an excellent job!
