Review of PRAGA MEDICA by MTB. Treatment date: over 12 months
I can sum up my first experience with plastic surgery and Praga Medica in Prague in two words ‘perfect experience.’ From my first contact with Veronika, the company’s international patient coordinator, to my final consultation with Dr. Padéra who performed my upper and lower eyelid reduction surgery (Blepharoplasty), it was all exactly as promised and more than worth the money. Veronika was only an email or phone call away and responded quickly to answer all of my questions, and I had plenty, and to help make all of my other arrangements. This included the hotel, transportation, and a city tour booking, ensuring I received VIP service at all times. The clinic was professionally staffed and up to the standards I would have expected from any modern London clinic and operating theatre. Everyone associated with Praga Medica, from John who picked me up at the airport, to Veronika who met me at the hotel and escorted me to the clinic (and back again), to the receptionist and the nurses, they all made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during every stage of the procedure. Most impressive was when I asked about, and was more than willing to pay for, liposuction, Veronika advised me that Dr. Padéra deemed it unnecessary and stated that it would not be that effective. He instead advised me to eat less and exercise more instead of just taking my money, which many other clinics I researched were more than happy to do. What can I say about having a great holiday in Prague and coming home looking twenty years younger but thanks Praga Medica.
