Skin expertise

The medical services and research and development team at Kaya is led by Dr Sangeeta Velaskar, a distinguished clinical dermatologist with over 25 years’ experience in the field. Responsible for quality/accreditation and product development, she has been instrumental in ensuring that NABH standards are met in all Kaya Clinics and leads the team developing innovative new products such as Under Eye Brightening and Firming Serum (Elle Beauty Awards 2013). Dr Velaskar has also spearheaded solutions-based programmes for the management of acne, pigmentation and hair restoration and manages Kaya’s team of over 150 dermatologists, additionally ensuring that all practitioners receive regular in-house training in the latest skin techniques.
