The Penang Adventist Hospital has been awarded several accreditations such as Joint Commission International (JCI), Malaysian Society of Quality in Health (MSQH), Baby-friendly Initiatives Hospital (BFIH) and Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services (HPH).
The Penang Adventist hospital strives to employ the best nurses, so they set up their own nursing college called 'Adventist College of Nursing and Health'. Hundreds of well trained nurses have been produced from this college and the Malaysian Nursing Board recently awarded them with the Excellent College Award for accomplishing a 100% pass rate for three year running.
