Affordable IVF packages

Sunfert offers two all-inclusive IVF packages with no hidden charges. Treatment packages are adapted to accommodate shorter visits for international patients.

IVFselect

A complete IVF package that includes:

• All medications from the start of treatment until pregnancy tests
• All laboratory charges, including ICSI, Laser Assisted Hatching and blastocyst, if required
• Embryo freezing charges for freezing all embryos for transfer at a later date or freezing extra embryos
• Time-lapse embryo selection to select the embryo with the strongest chance of implantation success
• All nursing fees and daycare operative room and recovery room
• Doctors’ fees
• Four sessions of fertility coaching and wellness support

NextGenIVF

NextGenIVF includes everything in the IVFselect package plus pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT). Allowing selection of the single strongest embryo, free from abnormalities, the package is most suitable for:

• Older couples
• Couples with a history of recurrent miscarriage or IVF failure
• Cases with severe male factor infertility
• Couples who want to screen for genetic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities before embryo transfer
• Couples who want to avoid multiple pregnancies

Success rates

Success rates can be presented in many different ways and vary according to the age of the woman, the lab techniques used and the number of embryos transferred at the same time.

At Sunfert, they recognise that transferring one embryo at a time is safest for mother and child and are quickly making the move to using frozen embryos, one at a time. 85% of their embryo transfers now use frozen-thawed embryos using vitrification, a type of rapid freezing that does not compromise quality, and 70% of younger women have embryos transferred one at a time. Fresh embryo transfers are mainly used for people who have few embryos or have other reasons for not wanting to freeze.

Sunfert has consistently achieved a pregnancy rate per fresh transfer of more than 50% across all age groups in the last five years. For women below the age of 35, the pregnancy rate is more than 65%.

The clinical pregnancy rate per Frozen Embryo Transfer (non-PGT) is higher still for patient categories below 35, 35-39 and 40-44 years old. The highest success rate per embryo transfer across all ages is achieved with the clinic’s PGT NextGenIVF package: 65% (transferring 1 embryo) and 82% (transferring two embryos).

Sunfert welcomes international patients at its flagship Bangsar South clinic. Located just minutes away from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur, the clinic has excellent transport links and is in easy reach of hotels, restaurants and shops.
