Dental Harmony was founded by Dental Implantologist Marius Bucinskas and Orthodontist Eugenija Bucinskiene in 2007. Easily accessible in the centre of Vilnius, the clinic is equipped with the most advanced technologies, while providing a relaxing and welcoming space for patients.

All treatment at Dental Harmony is individually-tailored based on comprehensive diagnostics using the latest tools such as 3D dental cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), digital panoramic radiographs, cephalometric radiographs, diagnostic models, the intraoral camera, Cariescan and dental microscopy.

In a highly patient-centric approach, patients are invited to see, touch and examine the different kinds of world leading Nobel Biocare implants, crowns, dentures, bridges or braces and helped to understand the present state of their oral health by means of visual aids in order to find the treatment plan that best suits their wishes and needs.

With an in-house CAD/CAM dental prosthetics laboratory, Dental Harmony is able to offer the most sophisticated cosmetic and restorative treatments quickly and efficiently, reducing the duration of treatment and number of visits to a minimum. The clinic is the only one in Vilnius to have a ‘NobelProcera’ scanner, allowing them to accelerate and monitor the manufacturing process of dental prostheses.

Dental implants

Dental implants represent the most reliable and durable method of tooth restoration currently available, providing excellent aesthetics and functionality.

Dental Harmony’s Senior Dental Implantologist, Marius Bucinskas, offers dental implantation using the Nobel BioCare® implant, All-on-4® and Trefoil® systems. The All-on-4® treatment concept is recommended for patients with a substantial amount of missing teeth or damaged teeth as it provides full-arch rehabilitation on just four implants, making it a cheaper and quicker option than individual implants, as it can be performed in one day, and a more stable and comfortable option than dentures. All implants used carry a lifetime warranty provided by the manufacturers.

Following consultation and comprehensive diagnostics to determine the anatomy and density of the patient’s jawbone and overall oral and dental health, a customised treatment plan is developed, including sinus lifting and/or bone grafting, if necessary.

The dental implantation procedure takes place in two stages. At the first visit, the damaged tooth is removed and the implant is immediately loaded covered by a temporary crown (immediate implant placement). When healing is complete (usually within 2-3 months), a permanent crown is manufactured and fixed onto the implant. The placement of temporary crowns during the healing process ensures that patients are able to enjoy a beautiful smile straightaway.

Teeth straightening

Dental Harmony’s experienced Orthodontist, Eugenija Bucinskiene, provides a full range of orthodontic appliances designed to correct misalignment or malocclusion of the teeth in children, adolescents and adults including metal, ceramic and self-ligating brace systems and the latest lingual braces (also known as hidden or invisible braces).

Prosthetic dentistry

Dental Harmony’s Prosthodontist, Danielius Genys, specialises in restoring lost and damaged teeth using dental crowns, dental prostheses fixed on implants, dental bridges, partial dentures and complete dentures. His primary goal for each patient is to restore both aesthetics and functionality.

Dental treatment in Lithuania

Dental Harmony is experienced in welcoming overseas patients to Lithuania for dental treatment, providing services such as airport pick up and help with choosing local accommodation. Languages spoken at the clinic are English, Russian, Lithuanian and Polish. Translation services for other languages are available.
