Neurosurgery is a medical speciality that is concerned with the central nervous system. Neurosurgeons diagnose, treat and rehabilitate patients with disorders that affect the entire nervous system including the brain, spinal column and spinal cord. Neurological procedures include spinal cord trauma, disc herniation, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease.
