What are the health benefits of thermal spas?

The healing properties of the mineral water in hot springs have been recognised for thousands of years and their use as a natural treatment is widely accepted in many European countries, including Hungary, France, Switzerland, Germany and Slovenia. The study of the treatment of disease by means of bathing in hot springs is known as balneology.

Terme Portoroz, situated right on the Slovenian coast is part of the holistic LifeClass Hotels & Spa resort.
