I Would Not Recommend This Dental Practice

Review of Kreativ Dental Clinic by Bigyin. Treatment date: over 12 months

Several other unhappy clients were present when I visited this dental practice for a bridge in March 2014. The overall experience was disastrous. The promised airport pickup did not happen, and on calling, no one answered due to it being Saturday. I had to find my way to the hotel. Initially, I was informed my treatment would be completed within a week, yet upon arrival, a second visit was suddenly necessary, which was impossible for me. My Monday appointment got rescheduled to Tuesday, requiring me to insist on moving it back. The lack of communication was evident; I was clueless about the procedures’ timing and sequence. The dentist’s behaviour was rude without proper explanations. Despite opting for a temporary fix, any concerns were brushed off with the reminder that it was temporary, though I needed something lasting. The unexpectedly high cost further compounded my disappointment, considering I could have had it done cheaper in Italy, rendering this entire experience a waste of time.
