I have had knee pain for many years due to excessive use. I tried cortisone and anti-inflammatory injections, which helped temporarily. Dr. Alf recommended keyhole surgery to pinpoint the cause of the recurring pain. A repair was made, and I was discharged from the hospital the same day, walking and driving my car the next day. Recovery was rapid. A second knee operation became necessary after slipping on loose sand, resulting in another ligament tear. Dr. Alf cleared the debris inside the knee capsule, leading to another quick recovery. These operations took place around 2012 and 2015.
