Firstly, Ogun deserves a raise of 6 months’ paid vacation or a company car for his exceptional work. He was absolutely phenomenal! Making the process super easy, he validated and addressed my concerns promptly. As a patient liaison, he excelled as a translator and health advocate, showing genuine care, especially considering the overseas travel. The nurse with curly hair was equally outstanding and deserving of a raise. Her attentiveness on the challenging first night post-op was invaluable. Dr. Onur Ogan, the surgeon, was friendly, informative, and thorough in addressing all my questions and concerns, taking extra steps for precautionary tests. Abdullah, our driver, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. Despite the seriousness of surgery and being in a foreign country, this experience was pleasant and personal, with the added convenience of the hotel’s central location and the vibrant city atmosphere offering various activities and culinary delights. I look forward to returning for a vacation once fully recovered.
