I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I had a breast implant change and uplift on 24.09.2020 with Dr. Akcal. Initially had 410cc implants and opted for a smaller size as suggested by the surgeon, now with 325cc implants back in, which makes me very happy. The quality of care I received was excellent. From the first pick-up by Formedi, I felt well looked after, comfortable, and at ease. Mehmet, who works for Formedi, accompanied me through all appointments, surgery, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and support for both me and my husband. Communication was excellent from the start, with quick responses to all queries and assistance in finding nearby accommodation. Formedi’s pricing was notably more affordable than in the UK. The drivers were friendly and informative, offering water and pointing out local attractions during transfers. The medical staff, including the surgeon, provided great care, with good English skills aiding communication. COVID-19 precautions in Turkey were commendable, with thorough safety measures in place during my hospital visits.
