Excellent experience! Exceptional customer care and service. Following my initial consultation, Dr. O’s professionalism and knowledge shone through; he is direct and honest. I trusted him fully upon meeting him and understood why he received many positive reviews during my research. During the consultation, I viewed a catalog of his tummy tuck results and was impressed. Traveling to Belgium with my husband and young child via Eurostar was convenient. We stayed at his wife’s charming and clean boutique B&B in a family room. Dr. O’s wife is caring, and the building is beautiful. Staying here was convenient as Dr. O could see me on the day of my departure. Another consultation at Dr. O’s clinic in Belgium marked my stomach for the surgery the next day. The hospital staff, who all spoke English, were excellent, and the hospital was clean. I felt no nervousness due to Dr. O’s professionalism. The surgery went well, and I am amazed at Dr. O’s skill; my incision lines are neat, low, and healing quickly. I am only 12 days post-op and already 4lbs lighter. My stomach looks and feels great, tight, with no excess skin. I highly recommend Dr. O for his skill and care.
