Review of DENTestetica by Taurar. Treatment date: over 12 months
I decided to go to Krakow to Denpro because they were recommended by several friends who had been there. I quickly got in touch and was promised a decent apartment of 40 m2, 20 m from the dental center. This was okay, but they said nothing about all the noise from trams and trains that passed right next to the apartment. This made it very difficult to sleep, and we came home completely exhausted. We arrived on a Tuesday around 12 pm and were seen immediately. I got a decent overview of what they thought should be done, along with a price, and we agreed to the treatment. I signed a contract, which went smoothly except for one day when I did not receive anesthesia, resulting in great pain. So the claim of painless treatment is not entirely accurate. The latest treatment was on Friday from 19:00 to 20:00, and we were traveling on Saturday morning at 07:30. The treatment also went smoothly, but I am a little dissatisfied with one tooth being much lower than the two adjacent ones. The toothache in this tooth has persisted, triggered by cold and hot drinks. Hopefully, this will stop. The staff at the clinic was accommodating and pleasant, with excellent equipment. I can recommend my friends to go there for treatment, but due to one painful day and the apartment’s location, I would not give more than 4 out of 6 stars overall.
