Review of Kreativ Dental Clinic by Ali D. Treatment date: over 12 months

I have been really impressed with the dental work performed by Kreativ, and, in particular, the customer service I received throughout my treatment, which spanned a five-month period. The two implants were done without a hitch, and I was pleased and relieved that full pain relief and infection control were managed very effectively. I returned for crowns to be fitted in February, one of which proved quite problematic, in that I had to return to the clinic a few weeks later to have several adjustments made. I cannot fault the care shown to me by the dentist (Zalan) as it seems to be difficult to get the bite just right in some instances; in fact, his professionalism and patience personified. Although it was inconvenient to me to return, I have no regrets, because the issues were properly resolved, and the customer service from the UK team (Ben and Stacey) and the clinic team (Tom and Anna) was outstanding. I strongly recommend Kreativ because their staff genuinely care about their patients, and they are true to their word in terms of costs, guarantees, and reimbursement.
