Initially, I was sent to the Blue Cross, which I can say is a medical practice from the Dark Ages. The rooms and treatment were appalling. Thankfully, our travel rep from Thomson stepped in and said we should have gone to the Royal Hospital; the hotel was wrong for sending us to the wrong hospital. However, upon arrival at the Royal Hospital, it looked more like a 5-star hotel than a hospital. The treatment was outstanding, and the staff amazing. A big thank you to Dr. Theo and the Scottish lady whose name I cannot remember.
