Excellent Service Treatment And Support At Imed Hospitals

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff who took care of my mother recently. She was admitted on the 15th March through the emergency department then into ICU the day after because she became much worse. The staff in ICU are particularly amazing people. They were kind, considerate, supportive and very professional. Nursing staff on Floor 3 also looked after my mum as she recovered and were always pleasant and had a smile to cheer her up. My Mum is 72 and has not been in the hospital since 1974 for the birth of my brother so this whole experience was very traumatic for her. It was, however, made so much easier for her by your wonderful teams. As for the doctors, every single one who we came across throughout her treatment was excellent. Myself and my sisters and brother appreciated the time they took to explain to us what was happening. It is something we have great difficulty with here in the UK where doctors of a certain standing seem to think they don’t have to make themselves available to patients or relatives. Communication is a big issue here. Not so in the Levante hospital. We were more than happy with the service, treatment, and support we all received. Finally, a mention for the lady who acted as an interpreter. Such a committed and dedicated person who obviously loves her job very much. Again, thank you all very very much.
