My parents were on vacation in Greece in May when my father had a stroke. He was immediately taken to the hospital. Many thanks to the doctors for saving his life. After a few days, they advised us that my father should go to a rehab center specializing in neuro-rehabilitation, the ‘Evexia’ center. Within two months, my father could walk, climb stairs, and did not need any help from us; he was completely independent. The behavior of the interdisciplinary team of specialists, every thought, every gesture, was a pleasant surprise. The personnel took care of everything to make us feel welcome. I was amazed by the therapy results and involved in the treatments. I had a different opinion on rehabilitation in Greece.
