Review of Singelberg Clinic by 60. Treatment date: over 12 months

I cannot recommend Dr. O enough. I was very nervous. I traveled abroad by myself. I had all the pre-checks with Dr. O and I stressed that I didn’t want to look as if I had had plastic surgery, although I did want to look younger and ‘well’. He knew exactly what I wanted and did everything exactly as I could have wished for. The healing time was longer, but I could go back to work in 3 weeks, and no one passed comment – not even my closest colleagues. The one thing which was immediately noticeable was my upper eyelid lift, which really opened my eyes, so I started wearing makeup which I hadn’t bothered with before, and they all complimented me on what a difference it made to my eyes. Dr. O is a very skilled surgeon – to make me look younger – which I do – at least 10 years, but make it look so natural (sounds like a contradiction in terms) but that’s exactly what he did – takes skill and care. I stayed in the hotel – I preferred that – I was on my own so I didn’t have to worry about anyone else or what I looked like, and I stocked the fridge in the room with protein drinks. Dr. O was kind enough to pick me up himself to have the operation and bring me back. He came to the hotel to remove the drains, and I could travel myself to him on the last day for a final check-up. I received good follow-up care in the UK. I found traveling home from Brussels a bit difficult – not because of what I looked like because no stitching, etc., was noticeable but because of the train system. Best check where to change for the Eurostar before you go. Would definitely use Dr. O again, and I have and will continue to recommend him. I couldn’t have afforded to have this surgery in the UK. I had a facelift when I was 50 by a very prominent surgeon in the UK, and Dr. O is definitely on a par – if not better – for half the price.
