Having had implants for 27 years, I developed a capsule in one breast and suspected a rupture in the other, which turned out to be correct. After extensive research, I found Dr. Oelbrandt. He was the only consultant in the UK willing to perform all the procedures in one go. I was never informed of the risks of capsule formation or rupture when I had the implants done. Capsulectomy is not well described online, but Dr. Oelbrandt’s skill was a blessing. I elected for fat transfer post-implant removal to maintain fullness. 4 months post-op, my breasts look natural, scars fading, nightmares of implant issues gone. Dr. Oelbrandt, highly recommended!
