Firstly, we found the correspondence to be excellent. We could easily reach out via phone or email and always received prompt responses to our queries. Upon reaching Prague, our stay was made stress-free with assistance in travel and accommodation if needed. We were personally chauffeured from our hotel to the hospital, where Martin ensured a smooth process, greatly expediting proceedings. Despite a few minor issues, the efficient handling led to a successful outcome of pregnancy with twins! The superior treatment in Prague compared to the UK for IVF, with friendly and efficient nurses, was remarkable. The doctor’s proactive approach, even in a busy schedule, and the clinic’s impressive track record in IVF births were reassuring.
