During my stay in Prague, I developed a strong toothache. I contacted my contact, Lenka, from Praga Medica, and she put me in touch with Lucie. Lucie contacted me within a few hours via email and phone call. She made me an appointment with Dr. Teleshman of Dentalni Centrum Klamovka. Lucie met me at the clinic for my first appointment and she kept in touch with me throughout the course of my treatment – checking on how I was feeling and reminding me of my following appointments. Dr. Teleshman was fantastic – he examined my teeth thoroughly and recommended a course of treatment to remedy the situation in detail. He answered all my questions. The clinic was very clean and equipped with all modern and up-to-date facilities. My treatment was carried out over 2 sessions with minimal discomfort. I am so happy with the treatment as the inlay looks like a natural tooth, the pain has completely gone, and I can eat and drink as normal. Maria, Dr. Teleshman’s assistant, was so kind and friendly and helped me with some forms that I needed to complete. I have used the services of Praga Medica on 3-4 occasions and have always been very satisfied, and I have no hesitation to recommend them.
