I recently travelled to Prague from the UK for a Face/Neck/Eyelid Lift with the professional company, Praga Medica. Lenka, the coordinator, answered my questions, giving me confidence. The driver, Jan, was friendly, speaking good English. At Forme Clinic, I was greeted by a staff member and shown to a clean, spacious apartment. There was medical care available at all times. The next morning, Lenka explained the procedure again, and I met Dr. Vasek, a professional and reassuring surgeon. I was ready for surgery within 2 hours after being medically assessed. The staff were professional and respectful, providing excellent care. After the surgery, I stayed for 2 nights and was discharged on the 3rd day to recover at my apartment. Dr. Vasek visited me multiple times and provided necessary medications. The process was smooth with minimal pain and expected bruising. Lenka arranged sightseeing on the 5th day with a knowledgeable tour guide, Wendula, which was a great experience. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Praga Medica for their exceptional services.
