I needed some cosmetic dental work done. I am a Brit who lives in Norway. In both countries, dentists would have charged a lot more than Praga Medica. From the very beginning, I had a first-class service. Martin Machala got me a quote, organised my hotel (cheaper than advertised rates), and booked my transport to and from the airport. The driver helped carry our cases into the hotel and spoke to the staff to confirm we were staying (as opposed to a normal taxi driver who drops you off and drives off). The hotel (Kinsky Garden) was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dental work was carried out by Dr Teleshman and his assistant Maria. Both spoke excellent English, were very patient, and provided excellent treatment. Martin texted/emailed me throughout to ensure everything was going to plan and to ask if I needed anything. Quite simply, a very professional company who fully deserve the highest score.
