I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. In the morning, Petra met me; we only had to walk across the road, and there we were on the 2nd floor. When she opened the doors, I was amazed by how beautiful it was. All the staff are friendly and beautiful. Petra stayed with me to ensure I understood everything and had all the necessary tests before the operation. Everything ran smoothly; they take care of you from start to finish, even arranging your checkup appointments. Petra met me the next morning to walk me back to the hotel. An amazing experience; I wish I hadn’t waited this long to do it.
