The service at Praga Medica was excellent from start to finish. I was met at the airport by John, who took me to the hotel and was very helpful. On the day of the surgery, Monika escorted me to the clinic. Dr. Pilka explained everything thoroughly before, during, and after the surgery. Jana organized my return to the hotel. The next morning, Jana accompanied me for a check-up. Everything was handled professionally. Additionally, I had access to a phone for emergencies, providing peace of mind. Everyone was extremely helpful and well-organised. Overall, a great service.
