The moment I arrived in Wroclaw, I was made to feel welcome – from being picked up from the airport by Chris, to having my surgery and aftercare by the nursing staff. Adam speaks fluent English and fully understands the reasons patients opt for surgery. He puts you at ease straight away. I would not hesitate to return to Adam’s clinic. I also met people who had their surgery for the second time, so that tells you everything! Karolina made us feel very welcome, provided plenty of information about shops, trams, and traveling to the center of Wroclaw. She is always happy and smiling, working really hard!
