I am a 47-year-old who had small B-size breasts with some sagging and underwent an under muscle breast augmentation. I experienced some pain while the implants were settling but am delighted with the outcome of my new DD size breasts. Not only did it give me fuller breasts, they also became perkier with no sagging. The clinic staff provided excellent patient care and advice before, during, and after the operation. The interpreter kept in touch and even offered to pick up any shopping I needed while I was in Prague recovering.
