From the first email and consultation to the current emails following up on my treatment, the service has been exceptional. I wanted to improve the look of my back. I carried pockets of fat around the lower shoulders/bra area, sides/flanks, and hips. Reducing the fat in these areas was my first goal. To have a defined waist from the behind view was my aim. I list the following positives. I have no negative comments to make: online consultation, informative and detailed; precise details emailed regularly, no detail was missed; transport and timings accurate; interpreter on hand 24/7 in person and also on the phone; luxury hotel accommodation in Prague; thorough tests and examination preoperatively; surgeon consultation on the day explained everything and answered all my questions. Spoke very good English. I asked for additional treatment for my arms/bingo wings and chin. The surgeon agreed to the arms but said no to my chin. Ethical. YES! I am so pleased with the entire experience that I am now planning another trip next summer to have a chin and neck treatment.
