From start to finish, Zahid was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and a real gentleman. I had multiple surgeries done altogether with Dr. Karaaltin and his team of surgeons. Travelling alone, I was understandably extremely nervous until I finally arrived at the most decadent hospital I have ever seen. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional. I felt very well taken care of and safe. I was very well informed every step of the way. Top tip: Google Translator came in handy if I needed to communicate anything outside of my care or surgeries. Everyone knew exactly what was needed or what needed doing, so I just got to sit back and relax. Pain management was excellent, and aftercare was well taken care of. I am very pleased with the outcomes of my surgeries and I believe the team all did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone. I promise you’ll be in safe hands.
