The entire experience from start to finish has been first-class. From meeting the surgeon Dr. Mehmet Karaaltin in London for the initial consultation to returning home. My husband accompanied me. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the hospital. Surgery was the next day and went very well. The hospital was spotless, and the nursing staff could not do enough for me; their care was excellent. There are no words to express how well I was looked after by Dr. Mehmet and his surgical team. Unfortunately, I had to stay in the hospital a few days longer, and the doctors’ assistants in Turkey and London both helped with sorting out travel home, accommodation, transfer back to the airport, etc. We spent 5 days in Istanbul at the hotel before flying back to the UK. Dr. Mehmet ensured I was well before flying home, which was absolutely the right thing to do. The entire trip was excellent value for money, and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go to Turkey for surgery. I could not be happier with the results. I will go to London in 12 days for my post-operation appointment, which is all part of the package. Thank you to everyone for making this a great experience.
