The International Hospital Medimar currently includes a 6 story modern building where private medical treatments and services are offered. The Hospital recently began construction of a new medical centre to expand the medical treatment and services it is able to offer. This is to ensure Hospital Medimar remains at the forefront of medical treatment in Spain.

The new building will be operational in 2011, and has an area of 3,000 square meters, housing medical units such as maxillofacial surgery, catheterisation unit, nuclear medicine, and orthopedic surgery. The current hospital will also benefit with an expansion of its operating theatres, the day hospital and the emergency treatment area.
