Medical tourism code: Mills and Mills, Spain

Mills and Mills Medical Group has adopted the Code of Practice for Medical Tourism. 

Initially not all areas of business practice were compliant with the standards of the Code. Following three submissions of information and telephone discussion the clinic provided satisfactory information and assurances. The clinic wished to develop some of its information for patients and could see the benefits of the additional information from our early discussions. This was in relation to providing information for GP’s, additional testimonial information on the web page and improvements to the information about the practitioner’s qualifications. Overall the clinic provides some very detailed and clear information for patients about the organisation, the clinic’s services, meeting expectations and on specific procedures. 

Complainace was reviewed and renewed in July 2010.
