Dr Wilson completed his undergraduate studies in the University of London (1982), and then after graduating from the Faculty of Medicine (1988), continued his postgraduate training in University College London Hospitals (1994-6), which is one of the most prestigious University Hospitals in the UK. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (1995), and a Faculty Member of Cairo University (1998), and is now a Professor of Plastic Surgery in Cairo University.

Dr Wilson is a global pioneer in plastic surgery, and has been chosen annually since the turn of the century by the Who’s Who Encyclopaedia as a distinguished member of the Plastic Surgery Community.
